Kathleen M.Sullivan,PhD
Kathleen is the co-author (with Sandman) of our findinggodtoday.org website, and our Interactive Communications Platform. She earned a doctorate in English from the University of Notre Dame and was associate director of the University’s Alumni Association, creating Notre Dame’s original prayer site and overseeing the association’s spirituality and service division.
Sullivan’s book, I Had Lunch with God: Gospel Inspirations for Tough Times, is a compilation of prayers and spiritual reflections.
In collaboration with U.S. Jesuits, Sullivan assisted in the establishment and ongoing development of Jesuit Prayer and established prayer websites for 17 Jesuit institutions. She is a professor of teaching at Indiana University South Bend, where she was honored as “Teacher of the Year” in 2021, and she teaches in the University of Notre Dame’s Balfour-Hesburgh Scholars Program.
Sullivan and her husband, Mike, have a daughter, Christina, and a granddaughter
